Which immigration office should I visit in Nonthaburi to request a 30-day exemption extension, and when can I apply for it?
Good morning! Before asking a question I always check if I can find the answer... my first in this group. We are located at Nonthaburi. Which immigration office to request the 30 days exemption extension please? Can we request the extension anytime after entering in Thailand (with an exemption) or shall we wait last days of the stamp? Thank you very much!

TM30 is registration of people staying at your property.
It is the house / hotel owner who is accountable to do the registration within 24 hours, and not the tourist them selves.

True, but if you are staying at a friends house and want to extend your time then you also do the TM30

You answered your own question. If you're in Nonthaburi you go to the Nonthaburi immigration office.
At most offices you can apply for an extension when you have 30 days or less left.
