Sa vat dee khab!

I need some advice because everyone tells me something different in my town.

I have 6 months multiple entry tourist visa entering thailand on 16.10.2019. but somehow it’s only valid till 24.03.2020

I made a visa run on the 16.12.2019 and did 1 month extend at immigration office yesterday. Valid untill 12.03.2019.

1)Can i stay longer than 24.03 in Thailand? If yes how?

2) can i make a Extension on 12.03 for 1 month or visa run needed? If visa run do i have leave again on 24.03?

3) After this Visa how long i am not allowed to enter Thailand?

Thanks in advance for your help 🙂

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about options to stay longer in Thailand with a multiple entry tourist visa. They ask if they can stay beyond the visa expiry, extend their stay, and how long they should wait before re-entering Thailand after their visa runs out. Responses suggest making a border run before the expiry to obtain an additional 60 days, while also outlining the importance of understanding visa validity versus stay duration rules.

and I think at this point

understands the difference between the validity of the VISA (which starts the second they stick it into your passport) and their ability to get 60 day entry stamps FROM that tourist visa.

Good Luck, remember make your last border bounce (exit/re-enter) just before March 24th to get the last 60 day entry off that visa then extend that for 30 days at the immigration office :)

The last thing i don’t understand: after last visa run and extension, how long i have to stay out of Thailand before i can come again?

There is no rule you need to leave a certain amount of time.

How immigration officer considers your history upon your next entry to Thailand is a totally different matter and depends on him/her and his/her mood at that time.

I'm not sure what "I can come again" means. You'll need a new visa, or another way to enter. I'm assuming you're German:

1. Visa Exempt. This gives you 30 days without a visa, and is extendable by another 30 days at the local Immigration office for 1,900 THB. You can get unlimited of them by air (or until passport control says no), and two by land.

2. Single Entry tourist visas. These are good for 60 days, and can be extended by another 30 days at immigration. You may be able to get another one in Laos, but they are getting strict about back-to-back visas.

Of course, you can always go in the more longer term route:

a. Get a job. As long as you're working on the correct visa and extension, you can stay here.

b. Get a bachelors/ masters/ phd degree.

c. Get married to a Thai (bad idea).

d. Have a half Thai child (a really bad idea).

e. Invest 10M THB in the Thai economy

You *MAY NOT* be able to get an elite visa, letting you stay in Thailand for 5 years, because you have the one day overstay stamp in your passport.

Naturally, you do not need an agent to get these visas.

The visa itself is valid for 6 months, it's not 6 months from the date you first entered Thailand using it.

Ok, leave on March 12, and bounce out. You'd get another 60 days which can be extended by another 30.

Let's review...

1. You got a multiple entry tourist visa, it started on September 25, 2019.

2. Each entry is valid for 60 days, extendable by another 30 at immigration.

3. The only thing that matters is your visa, and your arrival/ departure stamp. I have no idea what that thing from Konig Touris is.

So...

1. 60 days after September 25 is November 23. Either bounce out, or extend. I'm assuming you extended it.

2. After extending it by 30 days, you'll have a departure by date of December 22, 2019. You'd leave Thailand, and return.

3. Sixty days past December 22 is February 19, 2020.

4. That can be extended by another 30 days. That would give you until March 19, 2020.

5. Bounce at at Thailand on March 19, 2020. That would give you another 60 days of entry, or around May 17, 2020.

6. Extend that for another 30 days.

König tours is a german visa provider from germany. They did everything for me. But i entered Thailand on the 16.10

On every entry into Thailand before or on 24 March 2020 you get a 60 day Admitted to stay period. And the end of a 60 day period you make a new border run or apply for a 30 day Extension of Stay.

do border bounce before 24.03.2020 and you get another 60 days

That second picture, from Konig Touris (?), what is that a picture of exactly? That's not a Thai entry stamp.
