TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on extending their stay in Thailand after their Non-O visa expired. They are currently under amnesty and are pregnant, making travel difficult. They are inquiring about obtaining a medical certificate to extend their stay, as well as potential options for extensions based on their husband's retirement visa.

As well as you and your husband seems to be using the Amnesty,

Then you choices are limited,

Or your husband has to apply for an Extension of Stay based on being over 50 years of age and meet all the requirements, than you can apply for Extension of Stay based on his dependent,

If you can not apply for this Extension of Stay your only option is the medical Extension with letter from your hospital and doctor that you are unable to fly,

You where in Thailand as dependent on your husbands long stay as retired, why not apply for an Extension of Stay based on your husbands long stay?

It sounds strange that the Embassy of your country already confirmed that there are no flights until 26 September
