What should Swedish passport holders enter in the ‘Place of Issue’ field when applying for a DTV visa online?
For Swedish passport holders who applied for and were granted a DTV visa through the online application, what did you enter in the ‘Place of Issue’ field? As it says in mine ‘Polismyndigheten’ no country or city name.

OPI called thai embassy in sweden and they told me to write Polismyndigheten. Not country not city but what it says under authority. 🥰

From other post I’ve seen in here including my own experience for place of issue most people have just put “Sweden “ or Australia etc.
There had been a hand ful of rejections for people actually putting the “place of issue “ as written in the passport.
If it was me an I was you I would wait the week or 2 to get a reply for the embassy/ consulate.
You should search in the group search “place of issue” and see the threads from other users

Have you checked the Sweden Thai Embassy’s website they have a guide like the Danish Thai embassy

In the swedish version of thai evisa you can only select Sweden in the dropdown list for place of issue, there is no way to make an error here. And after that you can write city of birth in the next field.

There is no "place of issue" field in the swedish version, its only those two
