Is it possible to get a DTV visa through India? Would it be better for me to come to Vietnam to submit the application? Or if I am already planning to come to India, can I get it from there? I would love to hear if anyone has gotten it in India. Thank you very much

My thoughts are, do it at the embassies that have a lot of experience, I see a lot of tales of woe from people applying at some xyz embassy with limited history of dealing with these applications.
