Hello, since the recent rule change I would like to check if you hold a Spouse visa in Malaysia will it be considered as legal residence to apply for DTV visa? I have Spouse visa and it gets renewed every 2 years. Has anyone applied under this category or do I have to apply from my home country now?

I wouldn't have thought so as it doesn't provide permanent residence but best to check with the thai embassy in KL
