Hello! I recently received my dtv visa at the thai embassy in Jakarta. I would like my wife and son to have their DTVs as well as dependents, Is it possible to apply at an embassy other than the one of Jakarta for them?

Yes. Dependent DTVs can be applied for at any embassy/consulate (in person or evisa) once you have yours.
