What do I need for a 90-day report in Chiang Mai near the airport?

Need your:
* passport
* TM47
* printout of TM30.
We were told by friends that we can show a screenshot of our TM30, but they actually required a printout and did keep it.
They didn't take or look at our photocopy of our passport, visa, or stamp.
There is a drive-thru and walk-thru. It takes 2-3 minutes for each individual so even with the long lines of cars, it moved quickly. Walk-thru was empty

They've always wanted a print out of the TM30 but they usually don't keep it vs. check it. I keep mine with a paperclip at the back of my passport.

Yeah they recently changed there and kept the TM30. Time before that they did not even look at it.

Anonymous participant Def a very recent change. I noticed in a Chiang Mai group so was prepared. Last week I was there for something else. they asked for my 90 Day Report which I did not have. I said would need to go home to get it. They sent me to the window where you do 90 Day and he reprinted it for me. I know in most other offices I would have been on my bike home to get it :-)
