What is the process for transferring to a new school on a Non B visa without a work permit in Thailand?
Hello, I currently have a Non B visa without a work permit and I'm moving to a new school. May I ask what will be the process because I'm getting mix answers.
Answer summary
The process of transferring schools with a Non B visa in Thailand can be complex. It is advisable to consult both your current and new school to clarify the transfer process. It's important to note that changing schools may require starting the visa and work permit processes over, as working without a valid work permit is not permitted.

You shouldn't be working without a work permit

Changing schools means you start over visa wise and work permit wise.

You need to ask both of your schools if they can facilitate the transfer
