if there is no name mentioned from the school on the Visa sticker, you stop working for the old school and start working for the new school,

But I guess as borders are closed for longer time you do not have a valid Non Immigrant B visa, so please post a picture of your last valid stay inside of Thailand without your personal details, Thanks,
