TLDR : Answer Summary
To transfer your Non-B visa to a new employer, you need to clarify whether you hold a visa sticker or an extension of stay. Your current Extension of Stay must be canceled on your last working day. All family members must also cancel their Extensions of Stay, as they are based on your current employer’s support. You will then need to apply for a new Extension of Stay with the support of your new employer.

Your Extension of Stay must be cancelled on the last day of working, all your family members must cancel their Extensions of Stay as they are based on your current Extension with support or your current employer.

You all need to apply for a new Extension of Stay with support of your new employer.

Thank you so much. Very helpful. Have a great day 😊👍

OK, first we need to clarify if you have a visa (sticker in passport) or an extension of stay, (a stamp), normally valid for one year.

If they both get together, you would go to immigration, cancel your current extension and immediately apply for a new extension with your new employer.

Do I have to cancel my family's Visa too on the same day?

OK, then to cancel your current extension and get a new extension based on employment on the same day is going to require co-operation between your old and new employer.
