Advice needed. I'm going to change my workplace. Can anyone tell me how to transfer my old Non B to new Non B. Do I have to transfer on the same day ? Thank you in advance 🙏

OK, first we need to clarify if you have a visa (sticker in passport) or an extension of stay, (a stamp), normally valid for one year.

If they both get together, you would go to immigration, cancel your current extension and immediately apply for a new extension with your new employer.

OK, then to cancel your current extension and get a new extension based on employment on the same day is going to require co-operation between your old and new employer.

Do I need 21 days on my stamp before I proceed ? I also have my family depending on me, Non O, do they also need to cancel their visa on the day I cancel?
