if I renew my non-immigrant O visa (marriage) in Phuket and a few weeks later we move to another province, do we only do a TM30 in that other district or do we have to redo the entire immigration process?
Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
When renewing a Non-Immigrant O visa (based on marriage) in Phuket, you will receive a 30-day 'under consideration' stamp. It is advisable to wait until you get the year extension inked before moving to another province. If you move before this, you must return to the original immigration office for the inked extension when the 30 days run out. Once you move, you will only need to file a TM30 for your new district and change your 90-day reporting to the new immigration office.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).

Remember, when you apply for a year extension based on marriage to a Thai national you get a 30-day under consideration stamp and you have to go back to that immigration office 30 days later to get the year extension inked in.
And there's a good chance that they could do a home visit during that under consideration. As well.
So I wouldn't pick up and move provinces until you get the year extension inked in (or of you do move know you have to go back to get that year inked in when the u/c stamp runs down)
Then once you do move all you file is a TM 30 and then start doing your 90-day reporting at the office that serves the area where you live and then the following year apply for your extension through them.
