TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion focuses on obtaining a health certificate in Kuala Lumpur for specific medical conditions required for retirement visas, including leprosy, tuberculosis, elephantiasis, drug addiction, and third stage syphilis. Users share experiences and recommend the Wellness Clinic at Sunway Medical Centre, mentioning the process of acquiring the certificate without needing to undergo all tests. Answer to this question is Sunway Medical Centre in KL. You need the Wellness clinic. Price about 300 Ringit. Try to get an appointment first, this is a huge place and very busy. You can ask for results same day if you get there early enough.

I had to to exactly the same some years ago when applying for an OA Retirement visa in the US.

My doctor looked at the list laughed and signed the form.

Has anyone successfully found one of these elusive Doctors, Clinics or Hospitals?

Any doctors office can issue you one, you just need to find a doctor that will issue one without the tests.

According to the KL website and their staff it's required for retirement visa (think this is why KL is generally avoided for visas).

Is this fora work permit? You don't usually need that for a visa.
