Hi guys!

I work in Thailand and got non b visa and work permit.

My work permit is valid for one year and non b visa valid for 3 months (2 months left).

What should I do about the visa? Company should take care of it?

TLDR : Answer Summary
You need to apply for a one-year Extension of Stay at the local Immigration Office 30 days before your Non-B visa expires. Make sure to bring the necessary company documents.
Robert *******
30 days before the last day of your Admitted to Stay period, stamped in your passport, you go with the company papers to local Immigration Office and apply for the 1 year Extension of Stay based on working inside Thailand.

It could differ at any Immigration Office with needed documents, best is to visit the Immigration office and ask the list of their requirements. You can only apply 30 days before the last day till the last day, you Stay is extended with 1 year if you meet the requirements so no need to wait till last day.

have your employer go out to the immigration office and get the hand out for extensions of stays based on employment.

, you will have to be there, but how long depends on how your company handles yearly extensions.

Your employer would be the person to ask.
