Hello group! My 60 day extension will gonna expiere soon and i would like to apply for Thai marriage visa. From my understanding beside mariage certificate , tabien baan, photos, do i need to have 400k THB in my thai bank account for at least 2 months prior requesting the visa ?
I have been talking with a visa company (pick up point from Tesco Onut), that can do trips to Laos Savannakhet , they say that no need to show 2 months bank statement with 400k THB , just having a thai bank statement with 400k (no matter the period of time). Is this true ? Anyone in the same situation ?
Also if you can recommend me in PM about reliable visa service companies , i highly appreciate !!!
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking clarification on the requirements for applying for a Thai marriage visa (Non-O) after their 60-day extension is about to expire. They mention needing the marriage certificate, tabien baan, and photos, along with a possible 400,000 THB bank balance requirement. Responses indicate that there is no financial requirement for applying for a Non-O visa in Savannakhet, but there may be requirements for in-country applications. Discussion also touches on visa services, suggesting that a bus can be taken to Savannakhet rather than using a visa service.
