Hi all, I'm about to submit my documents to the BOI for the LTR "work from Thailand" visa. Has anyone done this yet and have a copy or suggestions on what should be included in the employment letter ?

Nothing fancy. Just stating you're an employee, for how long, you can work remotely, etc.

A bit more to it than that. You have to prove the company you work for meets the criteria

It's the remote worker criteria for LTR. You're saying you just need a letter saying you can work remotely. I don't think so
