TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thai embassy in Phnom Penh typically requires three working days for a SETV visa processing, although some have reported quicker turnaround times when using an agency. One user mentioned using a visa shop that allowed a next-day pick up for a fee, while others emphasized the unpredictability of service at the embassy, suggesting it might be better to consider alternative locations like Laos or Penang for quicker service.

Usually they need 3 working days. I used an agent. Drop off on Monday evening, pick up Thursday night. Costs about 5 USD.

P.S. You're likely to get better service through an agency there.

It's a gamble as to the turn around at that embassy. Lots of posts (and personal experience) on here about that embassy and their poor service. For me, they said "come back next week" (this was on a Monday). Others have done it in a couple of days. So, if you aren't in a rush... apply there and see what happens. If you want next day service, go to Laos or Penang.
