Hello Everyone.

I would like to ask a question about the VISA amnesty.

I was searching for the updated info but I was not able to find the correct explanation about what is the current situation right now.

Is that over? or everybody with a valid VISA gets it endlessly for 60 days over and over again?

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The previous visa amnesty in Thailand has ended, with the last date being October 31 of last year. Currently, travelers facing difficulties due to Covid-19 can apply for 60-day extensions, which are available until September 27. However, it's essential to stay updated as this date may change.

If you're still on visa amnesty, you are in deep shit. It finished on October 31st last year, which by my reckoning puts you on ten months overstay! Hopefully, you've been going every 60 days and applying for the so-called "covid extension" and paying 1900 baht, otherwise you're about to be booted out of the country!

Visa amnesty finished last year. Currently they’re selling “unable to travel due to Covid” extensions. The last date for these 60 day extensions is September 27th. This date may change. We just don’t know yet if it will.

Thank you. I was looking for that date 27th September. I used the words "Visa amnesty" wrong. I thought it is equal to the countless 60 days extensions but I know the difference right now.
