ORIGINAL POSTER
I am working on the paperwork from my Non-B visa and Work Permit. Part of the application paperwork for my Non-B is a Cooperation Letter from BOI. The company I am/will work for is a BOI registered company but I am not sure what this letter is all about. It is item #15 of the checklist of requirements if you are familiar with that form. I am the first employee to go through this process so it's on me to figure out how it's done. Any guidance would be appreciated.

The post discusses the requirement of a Cooperation Letter from the Thai Board of Investment (BOI) for the application of a Non-B visa and Work Permit. The poster is the first employee of a BOI registered company and seeks guidance on obtaining this letter, which is crucial for their visa application. Comments suggest contacting BOI's one-stop offices for assistance and clarify the potential nature of the letter as an approval for employment.

This <might> be the letter from BOI approving your entry as an employee of the BOI company (I'm unsure as the English translations usually don't match up - need to compare the Thai doc names). The company would request that from the BOI Single Window site:
