Hi everyone 

I want to ask you that if evryone can suggest that about to get WP3.I mean that our company is the first time to employ foreigner.We are planning to apply Non Immigrant B visa in my mother Country.

To get that visa  there 10 steps to do .Every documents are fine but only one step (approval letter from Ministry of labour ) is stuck .Cause

Candidate like me and my partner have no experiences and they said that our company do not effort to employ Thai people.

They rejected us like these two reasons.We apply our positions like co_ordinator .I will work like a translator cause I can communicate between my co_workers and company workers cause I can speak English and my mother language.

 Any suggests for getting approval letter is appreciable.If you can do that for us you can message us please. Thanks a lots everyone.

There is nothing to do about this. The company needs to hire Thai Employees as requirement to hire 1 foreigner. If you company does not want to hire these Thai employees you will not get a Work Permit. And without the Work Permit you will not get the Non Immigrant B visa.
