TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the requirements for applying for a Non-B Visa in Thailand as a Filipino expat with an employer ready to assist with the process. Comments suggest that the employer needs to send specific documents to the embassy and indicate that the visa application is largely dependent on the employer's documentation. Additionally, there is a cultural note about language use in Thailand.

It's all on your employer. Not much you can do yourself; it's largely company docs that you need. Your employer will also let you know what is required on your part.

Just a friendly note that in Thailand you would use ka, not po. You might confuse people if you use the Filipino "po"

Your employer must send you documents which address your embassy. Check the website of your embassy to see the specific requirements.
