Has anyone successfully obtained this ‘Letter of Approval’ from the Department of Employment or Ministry of Labour? (Applying for a Non-O Volunteer visa with a new foundation.)
Thanks for any help.

I’ve been on volunteer visas with the same foundation for the last five years, all legit as I am a full-time volunteer. The new foundation I (along with husband and colleagues) have been working to establish has now been approved by the Thai government, so I am looking to come under this foundation with a new Volunteer visa. My husband (Swiss) was just approved, but I (American) received this email.
Just wondering if anyone can share any experience or tips.
Hi. Were you able to get your new volunteer visas? Wondering if embassies in neighboring countries are giving out Non-O volunteer visas again for families. My family is soon to apply. Husband volunteers for (legit) foundation. We're with the foundation for 10 months now. Embassy at Hanoi gave him a Non-B for foundation. He needs to switch to Non-O volunteer as the former one can only be extended 3 times (up to 1 year stay only).
My volunteer e-visa was just approved by the US Embassy in DC. But it seems restrictions are tightening up everywhere. I have also heard about people having success in Vientiane and Phnom Penh at the moment.
