Is it legal for a foreigner to start working in Thailand with a Non-B visa while waiting for a work permit?
Hi! Does anyone know if it's legal to start working in Thailand if a foreigner already has a Non-B (the company approved with BOI and got confirmation letter from BOI for a foreigner to get a Non-B) BUT the company is still in the process of applying for work permit?
