To make a long story short; I need a letter from a «government agency equivalent to the department level» to be able to apply for a second non O volunteer visa to volunteer. Seems to be new regulations that started in August. Does anyone know what this letter looks like or what it should contain? Immigration here told us to talk to “Por mor jor” but they seem to not be familiar with this.
TLDR : Answer Summary
A recent change in regulations requires a letter from a government agency equivalent to the department level to apply for a second Non-O volunteer visa in Thailand. It's unclear what this letter should contain, as advice received from local immigration officials has been insufficient.
