Hi, I arrived in Thailand with an STV early April. Do I need to file my 90 days report for my initial 90 days yet or do I have to wait till I’m here for 90 days and then file it?

Unless you are going to apply for an extension, you don't have to do 90days report. Ask your local immigration office about your 90days report when you apply for 90days extension on STV.
