Hi all, I am currently staying in Phayao with my Thai wife on a Non o-a visa, 4 months in, the address I’m registered at is my wife’s sisters house, we will shortly be moving next door to a new build which is literally 15 yards away. Do I need to inform immigration of change of address? Tia

TLDR : Answer Summary
When changing your address while on a Non O-A visa in Thailand, it is legally required to inform immigration and file a new TM30 form. However, some may choose to use their old address for 90-day reporting without notifying, but this is against the legal procedures.

in theory and legally YES. Now whether you do or not is your concern. I'd say as long as you use the old address for the 90 day reporting you do, who will know..
BUT
As I said, "legally and technically" yes you need to file a NEW TM30 when you change addresses.
Thanks for a very prompt reply, I think to be on the safe side I will nip up there, what document would I need to show regarding the house itself, if any?
