TM 30 question(s):
Friend is here on a METV. Staying in Bangkok, looking to do the 30 day extension on first entry. Understand she'll need to go to CW to do so.
Staying at my place - landlord had no idea what a TM30 is and didn't think it was necessary (Thai national). Reading posts here, it seems she'll need to present the TM30 to immigration in order to do the extension.
Question is; what will she need to do/what should she expect at CW? Will paying the fine mean they do the TM30 for her then and there, or will she need to go back to the landlord and demand this gets done in order to apply for the 30 day extension?
For the landlord: if they don't know where to file this (for a place in Sathorn) - where can they do it? Is there any course to pursue if they simply refuse to do it?
Thanks in advance!
