What does it mean if my Thai visa application status changed to 'not registered'?

Hi Folks, I have been tracking my TP and yesterday it said my application was in review and then all of a sudden it is saying my info is not registered. Does this mean it is rejected or what. Should I reapply?

Check to see if you have a space after your reference number when checking status. I had this happen a couple times. That extra space at the end will cause a problem.
