What should I do if my Thailand visa application status shows my passport is ready to collect but I expected delivery instead?

Can any one advise applied tr visa on line , asked to submit all my details by post , passport etc , so I have been checking status , this morning says passport ready to collect ? But presumed it was ready to be sent back as I paid Pre paid delivery back ,,, now I’ve gone on a few hours later in status , there’s nothing there , no proof of application nothing ,, I’m confused once again this whole thing has been a joke , I’ve had no email nothing ? Can any one advise thanks
