What documents do I need to apply for a Non-Immigrant O visa based on my child in Vientiane?

Good morning. I just want confirmation/ advice please. I will be going to the Thai consulate in Vientiane on Wednesday morning to apply for a Non-Imm visa based on a dependant child. Is there anything I have forgotten from the following list ?

1. Copy of house book ( tambien baan ) with the child added.

2.Copy of birth certificate.

3.Copy of childs passport.

4.Copies of all the relevant pages in my passport.

5.Completed visa application form with photographs.

6. Visa fee.

I will have all original documentation with me................. Anything else I need ?
