What documents are needed to apply for a Non-O (Multi-entry) Visa based on fatherhood in Penang?

Hello. Thank you for your time and knowledge.

I am thinking of going to Penang to apply for a Non-O (Multi-entry) Visa based on fatherhood, as I have a Thai Son. 

I have written to the Thai Embassy in Penang to ask for confirmation on the documents required (but no response as yet)

........  Is there any other documents required other than these below? ........

- My Passport and Copy of bio page and previous stamps.

- Proof of 400K funds (within 3 months)

- Passport photos x2

- Childs birth certificate origional and copy

- House book copy/House contract

- Copy of Mothers ID card

- Copy of Mothers passport 

Is there anything else I need??

That's about it, you shouldn't have a problem getting the year-long, multi-entry Non-O as long as you have those documents AND you have your bank book updated a day or two before you go there.

That visa is 750 ringgits

Pay attention to the upcomin' holidays so you don't get caught out
