Got non-O visa for the kids.

I think the officer told me that I need a relationships certificate, my work permit with my passport that's all.

Will be there any other additional documents that I need to add?

I think you need to go to the immigration office you used for your extension and get the handout that lists the documentation requirements to get children who piggy back on your visa/extension.

There are 70+ offices in the country each one probably requires slightly different documentation.

Either the company you work for OR the immigration office is the place to ask..
