Is this the very first extension off a new Non-O visa your husband has based on you legally working here and him being the "trailing spouse"?

I ask that because as a rule BOTH people go at the same time and get yearly extensions, you based on employment and your spouse based on being married to someone who legally works here on a long term extension.

No. Our extensions both expire on May 31st when I'll be renewing my Non-B and subsequently his Non-O.

Your employer can not make the application, you have to be there in person.

I understand that. When we first applied for his current visa, there were 14 documents required from the school including tax documents from the revenue service. I need a list of the required documents for renewal to give to my employer so they can gather the documents for me.
