Hello. Are there anyone who recently renewed their thai retirement visa?

My mom’s 15-month retirement visa will expire soon and she wants to renew for another one year. What are the recently updated required documents? She’ll have to renew it in Bangkok Chaeng Wattana Immigration..

We already have all other documents (financial proof and the rental contract, etc) that meets the requirements, except for the health insurance.. Is health insurance certificate required for visa renewal?

And also, what’s the visa renewal fee and the multiple re entry fee?

Thank you in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the renewal of a Thai retirement visa, specifically asking for updated document requirements for a 15-month visa expiring soon. They confirm possession of most necessary documents but question the requirement for health insurance and ask about renewal and multiple entry fees. A commenter notes that for extensions based on a Non-O visa, health insurance is not required.

For Insurance it depends on what you are calling a retirement visa but im guessing as you appear to have obtained it via an agent (as that's the only way you get 15 months) that you actually have had a 90 day Non-O visa followed by a 12 month extension of stay. An extension based on a Non-O visa has no insurance requirement. When you got the initial non-o visa did you show 800k baht in a bank account in your name, and similarly for the 12 month extension? If you didn't you will be stuck using an agent again, you won't be able to do it yourself
