When applying for an annual extension of Non-O marriage visa, does the Thai spouse need to be physically present and accompany me to Chaeng Wattana (CW)?
5 years, we've gone to CW together for the extension but her brand new job prevents her from taking the trip this year
Thanks in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for an annual extension of a Non-O marriage visa in Thailand, it is necessary for your Thai spouse to be physically present alongside you when you submit the application at Chaeng Wattana. However, for the follow-up visit to finalize the extension after the processing period, it is not required for them to accompany you.

Yep, the reason for your extension <- in your case your thai wife HAS to be there with you when you apply for the extension,
she doesn't when you go back to get the extension inked in after the 21 day under consideration stamp runs down though, so just one visit there with you
I would say without her you're not gonna get the extension ๐ฎ
