ORIGINAL POSTER
When applying for an annual extension of Non-O marriage visa, does the Thai spouse need to be physically present and accompany me to Chaeng Wattana (CW)?

5 years, we've gone to CW together for the extension but her brand new job prevents her from taking the trip this year

Thanks in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thai spouse must attend the initial application for the annual extension of the Non-O marriage visa at Chaeng Wattana. However, they do not need to be present when returning to collect the extension once the application has been approved.

Yep, the reason for your extension <- in your case your thai wife HAS to be there with you when you apply for the extension,

she doesn't when you go back to get the extension inked in after the 21 day under consideration stamp runs down though, so just one visit there with you

I would say without her you're not gonna get the extension ๐Ÿ˜ฎ
