Dates of intended next Thailand entry / exit (I put exit date as 90 days after entry). No flight proof was needed for this part.

1 small thai overstay in 2024 didn't cause issue.

I'm glad it was approved as I'm already up to 5 thai visa exempt entry stamps for 2024.

TLDR : Answer Summary
An Australian citizen shared their experience of obtaining a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) for remote work in Thailand. They applied online while in Australia and provided documents like a driver's license, bank statement, work contract, and passport details. After submitting additional requested documents related to remote work, their visa was approved. The total cost for the visa was $600, and despite a minor overstay, it did not affect their application. The post included questions from others regarding visa costs and the required documentation.

they just asked for “remote working document” but the system didn’t list exactly what they wanted. I had already sent my work contract so I sent them my approval to work remotely. Quickly they asked again for “remote working document”. Again I didn’t know what they wanted exactly, so this time I sent CV, payslips, cover letter describing my remote work and a summary of all the work info I had submitted. After a few days it was approved.

Question about the varying costs per country: When the time for the extension comes, where does that happen? If it's at an immigration office in Thailand, will they ask for 10,000 baht or the price you paid in your country?
Henrik *****
Nobody knows for sure until some has actualy been doing the extension, or if it will be administered differently by the different Immigration offices.

So relax and wait.
