Thanks to everyone who posted in this group and for the valuable support. 

Got my TDV today from Vientiane -

I had a document from the dentist explaining my problems and the need to frequent appointments and follow ups ( FYI , it’s for real) and of course the other requested documents. 

No questions and easy process.

my dentist wrote 3 page document explaining the problem I have and that I needed a brace. She also included all the appointments we plan to have from October and for the next 2 years. She included my passport number and personal info. No other medical stuff.
