Just got my DTV from Hanoi offices. The ladies were super cool, helped us pull everything together.

I gave 7 months of bank statements and invoices, plus the below.

I definitely suggest drafting a letter that explains all the documents provided, and I got both of the companies I freelance for to put together a short contract and had letters from both companies stating my role and how long I had been with each company

No appointment necessary at this point, we just walked in

 I got my 2 companies to put their letterhead on the letters confirming I worked for the companies, and also printed out a screenshot of my linkenin and the 'team' pages for each company showing me on each
