What documents are needed for my wife's dependent DTV application in Thailand?

Hi all, my dtv (muay Thai) was approved in Hanoi a few days ago and I’m back in Thailand. Now my wife needs to go and get her dependent dtv. Can anyone that went through this process list all the documents they submitted? She has her own account with 500k to show, should I still include a sponsor letter?

Also, I was recommended to go to Hanoi because apparently they are more lenient there, is it also true for dependents visa, or can she go to HCMC? (Easier to get to from Phuket)

Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on the documentation required for their wife's dependent DTV after their own was approved in Hanoi. They wonder if a sponsor letter is necessary despite her having her own funds, and whether the same leniency applies to dependents' visas in different locations, particularly in HCMC versus Hanoi. Responses from the community suggest using the same location for the application and providing specific documents such as the marriage license, bank statement, and the principal's DTV copy.

Her bank statement, marriage license, copy of your DTV, proof of location.

Best for her to go to the same place you received your dtv from, as your dtv number is tied to her application, and it looks better if they are done at the same place.
