Can I add my spouse to my DTV while in Thailand, or does she need to apply from outside?

I have the DTV and I am currently in Thailand with my partner. Does anyone know if it is possible to add my spouse (she is from the Philippines) onto my DTV whilst we are both in Thailand. Or does she need to leave Thailand and then I apply on her behalf. I have received mixed responses on this so I'm not sure what the correct process is. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Best wishes.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The spouse of a DTV holder must leave Thailand to apply for the dependent visa on her own behalf. She must provide a copy of the DTV holder's visa, a marriage certificate to prove the relationship, and evidence of having at least 500,000 THB in a bank account.

Not sure why you're getting mixed responses as you must be outside of thailand to apply for the dtv. As long as you have a marriage licence, bank acc with 500k+ thb, she can apply for the dtv- dependant

She needs to leave Thailand and she applies on her own behalf, including a copy of your DTV and your marriage certificate to prove she meets the dependent qualification, along with the application fee and 500 k in the bank

According my knowledge, she needs to go out of Thailand, and can apply DTV dependent visa from outside of Thailand. It usually takes about a week.
