Hi Guys. I know this has been asked before but I can't find it in the searches. Can anyone please tell me what documents are needed to do a 60 day extension of a NON O visa? Thanks in advance.
Answer summary
To apply for a 60-day extension of a NON O visa in Thailand, required documents may include a marriage certificate (if married), a birth certificate (if visiting children), a copy of the Thai family member's ID and Tabien Baan, a copy of your passport's ID page and visa, a TM6 Departure card, an application form, a passport photograph, your passport, and a fee of 1,900 THB. Note that requirements can vary slightly by immigration office.

There is no general list.
There are two ways to proof you visit family.
Unless somebody want to make a database with information there is no need to keep this post open for more then 150 answers of lists at different Immigration offices. If you like to make the database feel free to open a new topic.
There are more than 70 Immigration Offices nation wide, some of them have a small difference in needed document to apply for an Extension of Stay. There is no list which can be used at every single office.
