TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a 60-day Visit Family Extension in Thailand, you need to provide additional documents besides your TM7 form and passport. If your application is based on marriage, you will need your marriage certificate, your Thai wife's ID card, and the house book listing. If based on children, include the child's birth certificate, the mother's Thai ID, and the house book listing for both mother and child. It's also necessary for your spouse or child to be physically present during the application process. Additionally, you may need to show a TM30 receipt to confirm your residence location and possibly a copy of the TM6 departure card. A 90-day report receipt may also be requested if applicable.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES

These have to attached to your passport though, You may need a copy of TM6 (departure card). You also may or may not be asked for a 90days report receipt if you already did.

Your wife or child needs to be physically present next to you, proof of relationship (marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc) and proof of their identity (house book and Thai ID card)
