Hi, I need some advice. I have a Non-O by Marriage visa. This will be my 3rd time to extend. The first 2 times I went to Mynmar but, of course I think I can extend in Samut Prakan immigration since I live there. What do I need to extend? Before going to the border the service took care if it. ? Thanks for the help!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user seeks advice on extending their Non-O by Marriage visa in Samut Prakan after having previously exited to Myanmar for extensions. They ask for the necessary requirements for extension within Thailand, as they are uncertain about current procedures.

Ok, should I have my wife call Samut Prakan immigration and ask for the requirements?

that'd be the best thing to do

Okay here's how it works

At SOME immigration offices you can get a 60 day visit thai family extension once per ENTRY, <- meaning you could do it on EVERY 90 dya entry from a Non-O visa if you wanted to

BUT

AT other immigration offices you can get a 60 day visit thai family extension once per VISA <- meaning you could get it once on any 90 day entry.

. .added: if the Non-Imm-O is not past it's validity date when you can do the next border run ! If it has already slipped past it's validity date by then, you will need to apply for a new Non-Imm-O married Multi Entry at the consulate Savanakhet (or any other embassies & consulates)

GO to the immigration office and get the hand out that lists the requirments for the 60 day visit family extension based on marriage and apply for that. It'll buy you 60 days and hopefully by then the borders will be open again and you can bounce out and back to get a new 90 day entry stamp on your Non-O visa

If you have the Non O Mulyiple entry Married to Thai visa, there is no way you can now bounce out of Thailand and return for added 90 days.

You could apply for Family visitation 60 days.

Or if you can meet the financial requirements for the Extension of Stay for the Non O Married to Thai in country, ask your local immigration office for their list of requirements.
