My current Non O multi entry visa (marriage) will expire next month (August) and so I will be going to Savannakhet next week to apply for a new visa.
I wanted to ask, on the form “date on arrival in Thailand, do I put the date I first arrived in Thailand in my passport or the date my current visa is valid from…
Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking clarification on what date to enter on their visa application form when renewing their Non-O multi-entry visa in Thailand. They are specifically asking whether to use the date of first arrival in Thailand or the date their current visa is valid from. Responses indicate that they should put the date of their upcoming travel to Thailand after obtaining the new visa. Additionally, another comment explains the process of extending a Non-O visa by doing a border run before the expiration date.

You say you have a multi-entry Non-O visa and it is expiring in August. Do you mean the "valid until" date on the visa sticker is in this coming August?
If it is the case, you can do one more border bounce on or just before this "valid until" date for another whole new 90 days stamp (this is how people get to stay nearly 15 months from one multiple entry non-immigrant visa).
If "valid until" date has already passed and the entry stamp date is in August, yes, it's time for you to get a new visa sticker.
: Thanks for the 90 day suggestion. I already filed for my leave next week and in 90 days I’ll be busy with my daughters passport so I’ll go to Savannakhet anyway but thanks for letting me know. I’m currently in Thailand so I’m not sure if I put down the date when I first entered Thailand on my passport or the date on my current visa is valid from.
