TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion focuses on the timeline for reapplying for a multiple entry Non-O visa in Savannakhet, with clarification needed on how the expiration of the current visa versus the 90-day stamp affects the ability to apply.

You could bounce out and back in one last time just before the 26th and get another 90 days, AND as robert said after that you could get the 60 day visit family extension for 1900baht at the immigration office.
Doing that means you wouldn't really NEED to go get a new visa for 5 months

Normally if the visa is still valid they not give another visa. Just make a border run, get a new 90 day of stay. You can even extend this stay with another 60 days at Immigration with reason of family visit without the financial requirements.
