Hello! What kind of visa can we get for an infant? Myself and my husband are here on non-Ed visas for 1 year. (6months Muay Thai+6monthsThai language) Our older children go to an international school already and we are in the process of getting their visas completed but what about the 10 month old? Thanks 🫶

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about visa options for their 10-month-old infant while they hold non-ED visas in Thailand. A comment suggests that infants cannot be fined or banned for overstaying and that the family can exit and re-enter the country to clear the infant's status when necessary.

Don't worry about it. Children that young cannot be fined or banned for overstay.

The next time you might worry about it is if you want to enroll them in school. Some schools require the students to not be on overstay to register. But that's a few years away and you can easily clear their status by exiting and entering the country again. They'll get an overstay stamp but it won't mean anything and they can re-enter and be back in good standing.
