Hi. Applying for TM30 registration via the online website. It requires two pieces of supporting documentation:

1. CERTIFIED copy of passport. Must it be certified i.e has anyone successfully applied with just a regular non-certified copy of the passport? Is it just the details page required or should current visa page be uploaded as well?

1. House registration. In this case I'm registering on my own behalf as a registered resident of a house in my wife's name. Should I upload just my own yellow tabien bahn or my wife's blue one as well?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for TM30 registration online, a certified copy of your passport is indeed required. This means you should sign the copy you upload, which should include not only the details page but also your visa/extension and current entry stamp. As for the house registration, if you are registering as a resident in a house owned by your wife, you should upload a copy of your yellow tabien bahn and also include your wife's blue tabien bahn, along with her Thai ID and the property documents showing her name.

When they mean certified they mean sign the copy of the passport you upload. Do your data page, your visa/extension and your current entry stamp.

Your wife's thai i/d a copy of the chanote; showing your wife's name on the back and the blue book with her name in it will be fine.

Remember the blue and yellow books don't list who owns the place they list who LIVES there. blue for thai, yellow for foreigners.

Yeah saw that - 1Mb. But no mention on limit to number of files you can upload. Based on your info that's looking a minimum of six.
