For those applying as Digital nomad / self employed with companies set up NOT in your home country (since I don't live there for 6 years). Did you have any questions about it?
For ex., were they insisting on you showing proof of employment/banking/company docs from the country of your citizenship?
Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
This discussion revolves around the requirements for digital nomads applying for a visa in Thailand when their business is established outside of their home country. Several participants share their experiences, indicating that documentation from the home country may not be strictly necessary. Key points include the acceptance of work and banking documents from the country of residence instead of the country of citizenship, and insights into applying while on a tourist visa in a different country.
Yes, I understand that, I meant if the requested work documents are to be provided from the country of current residence as commentator suggested than how people in Vietnam do it? I was just confused a bit. But I do agree that home country should not really matter unless things seem shady
The docs do not have to be from the country you are applying from (currently residing). I'm British, work and live In Japan and applied in Taiwan. I was approved with work docs from Japan plus bank info from UK and Japan.
PositiveTiger1070 it does not have to be from your home country. I don't live in my home country or work for any company from there, I got my DTV and many others similar too.
Thanks, what if I do not live there, not registered there, do not have banking or any relation to it rather than it being my birth country? Did you hear anything about those cases? Thank you
