What are the steps to enter Thailand with a tourist visa during COVID-19?
What are the right steps to enter Thailand vith tourist visa?.... I mean visa first.. Coe? Flight, asq...? Thanks

Start with your closest Thai embassies website. There is an online application for the Visa, fill it out and submit it. When requested, mail your passport and supporting documents. After you get your passport back, then you can apply for a COE. All the instructions are in the email they send you.
