Greetings to whom it may concern,

I would like enquire whether it's possible to get a non b or a tourist visa from the royal Thai embassy in Kuala Lumpur to enter Thailand. I am a Namibian citizen. I previously thought that the only way to get a visa was to go back to my country but Ive recently been told otherwise. Can anyone provide any relevant information regarding my query?

Kind regards.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Namibian citizen can inquire about obtaining a Non-B or tourist visa from the Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur. Typically, Namibians may need to return to their home country for visa applications, but there are procedures in place for certain nationalities. Previous discussions indicate that a tourist visa might be available through the embassy in Kuala Lumpur. However, it is important to confirm the latest guidelines and options directly from the embassy.

I highly doubt you got stamped in for 90 days at the immigration office in Samut Songkram on a Non-B visa without actually having a Non-B visa IN your passport :O

(and I'm of the mind that it's IN your passport somewhere) but. . . .

Be that as it may, you cannot use this entry to get an extension at another company because the school that sponsored you for this one is written on your 90 day admitted until stamp.

you're gonna hafta exit the country and either come back in on a tourist visa, then apply for a new Non-B visa like you did this time OR get a 90 day single entry Non-B from the thai consulate in another country.

that is NOT the Non-B visa :/ That's your 90 day admitted until stamp. There's another stamp on a different page that's the visa

and are you now on the original 90 days of the Non-B visa OR are you on an extension of stay from the immigration office?

Did you get it inside or outside the country?

AND

does it have the name of the company you work for currently written on the visa or on a sticker on the page in your passport where the visa is?
